Best 백종원 닭도리탕 Recipe
I got this best Baek Chef's recipe off of 10000recipes.com where they have so many Korean recipes that anyone can make. It is so easy to make it because of the detailed thorough instructions. Please check it out guys!
Anyway, so if you want the perfect taste, please follow these directions word for word because if you don't it might not taste as good.
Ingredients:
1. 600 ML water
2. Bowl of Milk (doesn't matter how much)
3. Peeled Potatoes
4. One whole onion
5. Four Chicken Legs or Thighs
6. Garlic Cloves
7. 2 TBSP Sugar
8. 1.5 Ladle Scoop Of Soy Sauce
9. 1 Ladle Scoop of Korean Red Pepper Flakes
10. 1 Ladle Scoop of Soy Sauce
11. Mat Sauce Korean
12. Few Mushrooms (3 or 4)
Instructions:
1. Place chicken pieces in bowl of milk for 30 minutes to take away the smell.

2. Peel potatoes and cut them in half or into thirds and place in slightly boiling water.

3. Place chicken into the pot

Add some mushrooms, gochu red pepper flakes, and soysauce into the pot.

Please be modest about the sugar, if you don't like it too sweet you can use two TSP instead of TBSP like me.

Add some garlic cloves after cutting them into small pieces. It is good to mince them but I am bad at mincing so I just cut them.
And Voila!! This is the chicken soup that I made! It was a little bland and the chicken was a little undone today (had to reheat) but it was still delicious at the end and my family ate it all! So I was happy to know that people enjoyed this recipe and I want to share it with you all~
